What does is it mean to be ultimately happy? How can we feel absolutely calm, complete and humble within you and within your mind, body and soul?

Happiness is so important in life. For you, your family, your children, your friends and your relatives, your colleagues and for the people you just meet.

Yet, we see in today society so many people who are unhappy. How do we fulfil life with happiness? With all the daily stresses that are around us on a daily basis, for some people from the moment they awake to the time they go to bed and for others experiencing stress throughout the day.

Recently, I discovered a whole new me. I have bravely embraced meditation and spirituality. I felt free from pain, guilt, hurt, physical un-wellness, mental un- wellness, anger and tiredness.

Since letting go of the old me and all my old baggage as a teenager which over the years I have hidden so well, I have finally rediscovered myself, feeling reborn again, I have met extraordinary people and I am now successfully surrounded by people who think like me.

I’m referring to people who think positive thoughts, who are free of all negative emotions. Who are living their dreams and feel like nothing can get into their way.

I am feeling un-stoppable. I am feeling like I’m floating above my own’ time line’ in my conscious state and being able to see my future without it even happening yet.

It’s almost as if I am speaking of hallucinations but they are so real in my mind that I can smell things, feel things and visualise to how I want things to be.

The mind is a powerful source for us human beings and yet we haven’t explored its full potential.

Imagine feeling like you’re in complete control of all your thoughts, actions and emotions. From the moment you climb, jump or roll out of bed to the moment you are up on your feet, to when you are getting dressed for work, having your breakfast than having time to mediate. Powerful actions are taken daily by you and the best thing is, I know I am in control of all of them.

That is why I can honestly say I can feel complete happiness and it feels fantastic!
